At Revive and Thrive US, we specialize in high-value wellness equipment that is shipped via freight and often made to order. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure product integrity and quality for all customers.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled free of charge at any time before they have been processed and dispatched.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Due to the size, handling requirements, and specialized nature of our products:

All sales are final once an order has been processed or shipped.

We do not accept returns for non-defective items, including:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Inability to accommodate delivery requirements

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom, made-to-order, or built-to-specification products are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that these items are produced specifically for you.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

We will always ensure you receive a fully functional product.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos and videos of:

    • The product

    • Packaging

    • Any visible damage

Once reviewed, we will:

  • File a claim with the freight carrier or manufacturer

  • Provide a repair, replacement, or resolution as appropriate

⚠️ Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied.

 

Delivery Responsibility

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for inspecting the item upon delivery

  • You must note any visible damage when signing for the shipment

  • You are responsible for arranging any necessary assistance for unloading and placement

 

Warranty

All products are backed by manufacturer warranties (where applicable).

Warranty claims:

  • Apply to functional issues over time

  • Do not cover unreported delivery damage

  • Follow the terms outlined on the individual product page

 

Chargebacks & Disputes
