Order Confirmation

 Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have successfully received your order and pre-authorized your payment.

All orders are processed within 7–14 business days. During this time, we coordinate with our fulfillment partners and prepare your order for shipment.

 

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the freight carrier.

Due to the size and specialized handling of our products, total delivery timelines may range between 12–24 business days.

 

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

Shipping Options & Delivery Terms

At Revive and Thrive US, we partner with specialized freight carriers to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of our products. Due to the size and nature of many of our items, delivery is typically completed via curbside freight service.

Standard Freight (Curbside Delivery)

Most of our products, including saunas and cryotherapy chambers, are delivered to the end of your driveway or curbside.

Please note:

  • Delivery drivers are not responsible for bringing items inside your home or premises

  • Drivers will not enter driveways or private property

  • Customers are responsible for moving the product from the delivery point into their space

Sauna Deliveries

For sauna orders, deliveries are made via freight carriers to the curbside only.

Important considerations:

  • The customer is fully responsible for unloading the sauna crate from the truck

  • For larger crates (typically over 92 inches or 7 feet), liftgate service may not be available

  • Customers must arrange appropriate assistance or equipment to safely unload and move the sauna

  • Carriers are not responsible for positioning, assembly, or indoor placement

Cryotherapy Chamber Deliveries

Cryotherapy chambers are delivered via freight to the driveway or curbside.

Please note:

  • White glove delivery is not provided

  • Customers are responsible for unpacking and transporting the unit inside their premises

  • We recommend arranging professional assistance or movers for safe handling

 

Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers

Delivery terms for hyperbaric oxygen chambers may vary depending on the model and supplier. Specific delivery details will be provided prior to order confirmation.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the delivery conditions outlined above. Due to the nature of freight shipping, preparation for delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
